The group holds numerous accreditations for the training, assessment and certification of workers of operative, supervisor and management levels. In Mozambique we are the first organisation to achieve Full Member Statusof the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association, the global authority regarding lifting standards.
Our multilingual instructors have a wealth of industry relevant experience which they use to enhance interactive hands-on practical training, supported by sharp focused theoretical tuition.
As well as general Health and Safety courses such as Working at Height and Manual Handling, courses are also offered in more specialised and high risk areas such as Lifting Operations, Confined Space Entry and Rescue courses.
Training achievement is recorded on the CERT REGISTER which includes the issuing of a Training ID card which workers can carry on site to prove their training history
LIFTING OPERATIONS 
The foundation of our courses is UK Lifting Operations and Lifting equipment Regulations (LOLER) and British Standard BS7121 Code of Practice ‘Safe Use of Cranes’. Courses are predominantly practical in nature, supported by classroom based theory training. Assessments take the form of tests of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, where relevant in line with BS ISO 15513: 2000
